These allow rotation of optics with a range of ±5° about three perpendicular axes. The fine-pitch thumbscrews allow very fine setting, adjustments as small as 30 arc seconds being possible.

Both models have clearance fixing holes in the baseplate as shown below. The 84 XT 48 also has a central tapped M6 hole in the base allowing post-mounting or use of direct-mount screws or bases.
